High School Students
The School of Engineering is a strong advocate of encouraging talented high school students to pursue careers in engineering.  Our special events provide information for high school students, their families, and their teachers about upcoming engineering activities and competitions that heighten and foster awareness of the value of an engineering education.

High School Teachers, Guidance Counselors, and Administrators
Our Teachers' Workshop is an innovative, three day event designed for high school teachers/guidance counselors and administrators who are interested in:

• Increasing their awareness of engineering as an exciting career.
• Understanding the engineering curriculum and the profile of prospective students.
• Discovering new hands-on and virtual projects to enhance their teaching skills.
