The Involvement Fair is an semi-annual event that occurs at the start of the Fall and Spring semesters. At this event, all student organizations come together to allow new and returning students the opportunity to get information and join their organization. The Spring 2008 Involvement Fair will be held in the University Center Atrium on January 23, 2008, from 11:00am-2:00pm.
L.E.A.D. is a 5 week program with topics ranging from teambuilding and communication to listening and time/strees management--topics that will help students to become more knowledgeable about themselves and their leadership skills. L.E.A.D. intends to present various aspects of leadership as well as initiate the development of critical skills and techniques needed by those who seek to lead others.
The Spring 2008 L.E.A.D. Program will begin on Wednesday, January 30, and sessions will be held weekly until Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Each session will be held from 7:00pm-8:15pm. Students must apply to the L.E.A.D. program by Thursday, January 24 at 5:00pm, and will be notified of their acceptance via e-mail by Friday, January 25. Space is limited.
The Student Life Leadership Awards is an annual awards ceremony that is held at the conclusion of the Spring semester. Student organizations can nominate programs, members, and overall organizations for awards. The winners are determined by a committee of staff, faculty, and students.

The Office of Student Life coordinates both the Summer Registration and Fall Orientation programs for new students. All new students are required to attend these programs. More information on the Orientation program can be found on the New Student Orientation page.
