APPLICATION DEADLINES

PhD Deadline

• Applications are being accepted between September 1 and ending March 2, 2009.  We anticipate being able to give applicants a response no later than May 15.

MSW Deadlines

Early Consideration Deadline

• Early consideration will be given to those completed applications received no later than January 11, 2008.
• Applicants who meet the early consideration deadline will receive a disposition on the application by March 15, 2008.
  

Main Campus Final Deadlines

Regular Program (full-time and part-time) 

• Please be advised that the application deadline for regular full-time admission is August 1, 2008.
• Please be advised that the application deadline for regular part-time admissions is August 1, 2008.

Advanced Standing Program (full-time and part-time)

• The deadline for admission for Main Campus is February 29, 2008. 

Harrisburg Campus Deadline

Regular and Advanced Standing Programs  

• April 18, 2008.
  

Note: All materials must be complete and postmarked by the final deadline dates. Dispositions (except for early consideration) are announced on a rolling admissions basis.

All materials must be postmarked by these dates. We have rolling admission so that applications are considered as they are recieved. Please pay attention to the following tips:

• Do not cut up the application, or place it in any type of binder/transparency sheeting. These applications must be coded, and to have to remove all coverings only hinders the admission process.
• Your application will not be processed until it is 100% complete. This means all missing recommendations, transcripts, application fees must be together with the application form before your application material will be reviewed. If there is any part of the application missing, you will be notified.
• You have until the application deadline to ensure that your application is complete. If your application is not complete by the deadline, your application will be moved to a "non-active" file with no further consideration. We realize the anticipation of the admissions process can heighten anxiety. However, we ask that you not call the office to determine the "status" of your application. It is impossible for us to tell you anything other than the application has been received, and this information will be sent to you via the United States Postal Service. The only time we advise you calling the office is if you have NOT received confirmation that your application is complete/incomplete within four (4) weeks of the time you mailed in your materials. We are not responsible for any part of the application that is lost in the mail or received after the deadline date.
