University College Student Scholarships
University College awards several academic and need-based scholarships throughout the academic year. Because many scholarships are made possible through gifts from various benefactors to Widener University, most individual scholarships have specific and differing eligibility requirements. We have found that it is easiest for students interested in being considered for scholarships made available directly through University College to submit a general scholarship application. The Dean will review each application for any appropriate award available.
Applications for the 2008-2009 academic year should be submitted by August 1, 2008.

If awarded, the grant will cover tuition for a student’s first course back to school at University College, with the potential to be renewed in the following semester.
