What degree programs are offered to students in corporate cohorts?

The University College Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership (ODL) offered to students of corporate cohorts. This degree program is designed to help working adults assume supervisory and leadership roles in diverse corporate, service, and non-profit settings. The program concentrates on strengthening critical thinking, ethics, and stability and change.

Courses in the ODL program include Legal Aspects of Supervision, Effective Planning and Organizing, Effective Leadership Skills, Interpersonal and Small Group Communication, Business Ethics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Modern Organizations and Work
