Organizational Development and Leadership   

 

University College bachelor of arts degree program in organizational development and leadership (ODL) is designed for career-oriented adults who want to improve their leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Designed to help working adults assume supervisory and leadership roles in diverse corporate, service, and non-profit settings, the program concentrates on strengthening critical thinking, ethics, and stability and change.

The organizational development and leadership degree program is only offered in the NetCampus format on the Delaware Campus and the new Exton Campus. Combining on-campus coursework with online learning, NetCampus classes meet once a week during the evening hours from 6 to 9 p.m.

Courses in the ODL program include Legal Aspects of Supervision, Effective Planning and Organizing, Effective Leadership Sills, Interpersonal and Small Group Communication, Business Ethics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Modern Organizations and Work.
