Located in Chester, Pennsylvania (14 miles south of Philadelphia), Widener's Main Campus serves all undergraduate students attending academic classes during the day, as well as adult learners and business professionals attending University College evening and weekend classes.

The Widener University Art Gallery & Collection is also on the Main campus. Located in the University Center, the Art Gallery includes the impressive Alfred O. Deshong Collection of 19th and 20th century American paintings, 19th century European paintings, as well as 18th and 19th century Asian art. In addition, the gallery exhibits the work of contemporary artists throughout the year.

Located in North Wilmington (12 miles from the Main Campus), the Delaware Campus (40 acres acquired in 1975) houses Widener's School of Law, as well as Widener's Legal Education Institute. University College students and graduate business students also attend classes at the Delaware Campus.

Located in the Whiteland Business Park, (25 miles west of the Main Campus and 30 miles from Philadelphia), the Exton Campus offers undergraduate programs for professionals seeking to improve or acquire new skills.

The Exton Campus also houses Widener's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), an academic cooperative that provides opportunities for intellectual development, cultural stimulation, and social interaction for adults in retirement.
