My teaching interests include management, human resources, performance management, and organizational development.

My research interests include training and training transfer, management, career exploration and planning, self-efficacy and behavior change, and behavioral finance.

  • IGI Global announced that Associate Professor Richard Goeke, Associate Professor Kerri Crowne Brannen, and Associate Professor Dennis Laker won the 11th Annual Excellence in Research Journal Awards in the category of library and information science. Their article "The Effect of Education on Information Systems Success: Lessons from Human Resources," published in the Information Resources Management Journal, was recognized as one of 11 journal articles from the 2018 volume year that showcased forward-thinking research and outstanding scholarship.
