I am the Executive Director for Civic and Global Engagement at Widener University, and work closely with faculty serving as academic directors and those serving on Center advisory boards, including a partnership with Academic Service Learning faculty; provide institution-wide leadership for global engagement, civic engagement, and international student services/education and study abroad programs. I have extensive research experience in the human sciences and have led and co-led international study tours to Europe and the Dominican Republic. I have served as a co-principle investigator for grants, academic advisor, and department liaison with the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I am a member of NAFSA, the international educators’ association, served on several committees and member of the Minority Interest Group, supported civic engagement opportunities as a Rotarian, and sustainability in education programming. I was awarded the Fulbright to Taiwan as part of the international educator seminar program.
