About Me

As a career counselor, I help students and alumni across schools and programs navigate through college and the early-professional world. I support individuals in understanding their interests, identifying and building their skills, and appreciating their strengths.

As an academic coach, I support students in developing their study skills, time management abilities, organization, test-taking strategies, academic planning, and preparation for classes. My goal to provide a safe and inviting space for all students.

After earning a degree in psychology with a minor in gender and women’s studies from Villanova University, I worked in the mental health field, providing services and therapeutic support in both individual and group venues. In addition, I continue to draw on skills from own my active campus involvement, with an emphasis on service-learning, student development, and diversity and inclusion. My passion lies in helping people gain access to resources that will help them succeed in life.
