About Me
My career began as an Early Childhood teacher for 14 years, 9 of which were spent at Widener University's Child Development Center. My philosophy of teaching Elementary and Early Childhood Education courses focuses on creating confident, culturally diverse teachers, in a learning environment conducive to growth and practice. My practice includes teaching in a hands-on manner, with the use of manipulatives and first-hand teaching experiences.
Research Interests
My research interests include special education, K-12 educational leadership, professional development, teacher certification, and teacher retention.
