After working many years in libraries, I earned my Masters in Library Science as a returning adult learner hybrid distance education student. This experience has provided me with a unique insight regarding many of today’s non-traditional students.
I am the liaison librarian to the Clinical Psychology, Continuing Studies and Business Administration departments; with a particular interest in distance education, returning adult learners, and PTSD and the Military and their families.

The project's mission was to teach students about mindfulness, how to engage during stressful periods, and ways to reduce stress.
