Learn the foundational skills you need to turn your organization's silos into integrated business processes with our 12-credit business process innovation certificate program. Every class can be rolled into our master's in business innovation program.
You could also consider starting in our customized business studies certificate program. You'll be able design your own personalized course of study by mixing and matching courses from multiple business disciplines and building a unique set of competencies that best suit your interests, job needs, and career aspirations. Select courses can be rolled in to the master's in business innovation degree.

Obtain a SAS Joint Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics as you work your way through the master's in business innovation curriculum. You'll automatically earn this certificate by completing three of our four SAS-approved courses that infuse SAS software into the content:
BUS 615 (Information Systems and Data Analytics)
IS 610 (Database Systems)
IS 625 (Data Mining)
IS 650 (Business Intelligence and Data Visualization)

Admissions Information
Your application to the master's in business innovation program consists of the following components:
Official transcripts from all postsecondary schools you attended
GMAT or GRE test scores*
For admission consideration, we require you to have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7 and a minimum GMAT score of 450 (If you took the GRE, we will convert your score into an equivalent GMAT score).
If you earned an undergraduate GPA less than 2.7 or a GMAT score lower than 450, we will evaluate your whole applicant profile to determine admission.
*We waive the GMAT or GRE requirement if:
You have 5 years of relevant work experience after graduating from a bachelor’s program (proof of experience must be submitted).
You graduated from an accredited U.S. institution with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
You hold a master’s degree from an accredited U.S. institution.
You completed a related certificate and earned a 3.3 cumulative GPA or higher.

Dean’s Scholarships
A limited number of Dean’s Scholarships are available to enrolled students who meet merit and experience criteria. Contact the student success advisor for details on how and when to apply.
Graduate Assistantships
Enrolled students can apply for a limited number of graduate assistantships. The selection process is competitive. Graduate assistants receive tuition assistance and have service requirements in the School of Business Administration. Contact the student success advisor for details on how and when to apply.
