Appetizers:

  • Manilla Clam Chowder
    A delicious, traditional, cream-based chowder with clams, potatoes, and celery 
  • Northwest Spinach Salad
    Crisp baby spinach with dried cranberries, hazelnuts, and fresh pears tossed with a mustard vinaigrette

Entrees (choose one):

  • Cedar Plank Salmon with Maple Ginger Glaze:$33.95
    A salmon filet baked on a cedar plank and finished with a maple ginger glaze
    Served with a side of creamy mushroom risotto and sautéed garlic asparagus

    Pairs well with Lindeman’s Bin 65 Chardonnay
  • Tenderloin Steak with Cherry Wine Sauce:$34.95
    A chargrilled tenderloin steak cooked to perfection and finished with cherries and a port wine sauce
    Served with a side of creamy mushroom risotto and sautéed garlic asparagus

    Pairs well with Colores del Sol Malbec

Signature Cocktail: Apple Martini:$6.50
Vodka, apple schnapps, apple brandy, shaken and chilled
