Widener Day Open House

Join us for a glimpse into the Widener experience at our Widener Day open house event. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Widener through engaging with faculty, staff, and current students in information sessions, campus tours, one-on-one meetings, and academic panels. You’ll even have the opportunity to sample some of our delicious food options.

Opening Session

10:00 - 10:45 am: Warm Widener Welcome: Alumni Auditorium (for Fall 2023 applicants)

11:00 - 11:45 am: Warm Widener Welcome: Alumni Auditorium

Campus Tours

9:30 - 11:45 am or 1:30 - 2:00 pm: Where at Widener Campus Tour: Departing from UC Atrium

  • Tours depart every 15 minutes with a University Ambassador

12:00 - 2:30 pm: Wolfgram Memorial Library Tours: Wolfgram Memorial Library

  • Take a walk through our library space with one our librarians

1:00 - 3:00 pm: Pride Recreation Center Tours: Pride Recreation Center

  • Take the Pride Ride Shuttle or walk on your own. Staff will be available to show you around the facility.

Lunch

11:00 am- 12:30 pm or 1:30 - 3:30 pm: Dine like a Widener student: Widener Meal: University Center, Pride Café

  • Sample some of the offerings at your convenience. The best part? It’s an all-you-care-to-eat type of thing! (Tip: Definitely leave room for cookies!)
