What Can I Expect at Fall Orientation?

Well, lots! Fall Orientation, also known as Pride Experience II, is your official welcome to Widener University. The program is designed to give students the opportunity to meet new classmates, get connected to campus resources, and make a smooth transition into college. New students will need to attend all mandatory orientation program dates noted below. Please plan accordingly.

New Student Move-In Days: Monday, August 18, 2025 (Optional), Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Mandatory Orientation Dates: Tuesday, August 19 – Friday, August 22, 2025

• Optional Orientation Programs: Saturday, August 23 – Sunday, August 24, 2025
• Weeks of Welcome Program: The Weeks of Welcome Program will extend through the month of September and will include a variety of optional, but strongly encouraged programming for new students.
