Hear from our students about their Widener experience.
I chose this project not only because it’s fascinating to use AI, I’ve never worked with it before, but also I have family members that are impacted by MS. I want to be able to do research and help when it comes to providing research to the field.
From when I first learned about Widener, not only did I love the academics, but I loved the plethora of opportunities for extracurricular activities.
Being able to have these internships and experiences outside of the classroom makes me feel happy because not only am I able to build connections, but I’m getting experience and understanding with the career that I want.
When I’m here I feel I am welcomed in the community. That’s what has guided me.
Widener is definitely like a home away from home. I spend a lot of time here, so I’ve gotten used to the environment. It’s very comfortable and everyone here is really nice.
There’s so much overlap with my majors. They’re interdisciplinary so they allow me to explore my passions, but I love the different perspectives they all bring.
