Semester Study Abroad Programs

From England to Australia, our students who have studied abroad for a full semester have called it “the best experience” of college! Spending extended time in another part of the world provides a whole new perspective about life and career possibilities. These opportunities complement the academic work and hands-on experiences you get on campus.

Faculty Led Study Abroad

Not everyone can study abroad for a full semester. But you can still step out of your comfort zone and have a transformational experience in a shorter amount of time. We offer many faculty led study abroad opportunities. Some programs are part of a class; others happen over the summer with one of our global partners, including a program for incoming freshmen to kickoff their Widener experience in Costa Rica.
