I am a strategic business improvement expert continuously driving high-level performance to achieve exceptional results in various industries. As a mechanical engineer, I have worked with several fortune 500 and smaller businesses in the Pennsylvania electronics manufacturing industry. In addition, I have a proven track record of success in product management, product and process development, manufacturing solution implementation, and strategic business planning based around delivering outstanding results on global and local levels.
Aside from teaching, I currently consult with organizations to help them grow and manage their business efficiently by focusing on customization of assets and capabilities. I have helped numerous organizations understand and implement business concepts to achieve success in leadership, marketing, productivity, short- and long-term strategic planning, growth, and execution processes customized to satisfy business goals.
