Provides visionary leadership to the Division of Student Engagement & Transformation, and serves as the chief student advocate, leading a unit including Athletics, Campus Safety, Student Engagement, Student Living, Community Standards and Advocacy, and Well-Being & Belonging.
Champions well-being and belonging at Widener by guiding Counseling & Psychological Services, the CARE Team, Recreation, Student Health Services, and the Office of Student Inclusion & Belonging—fostering a campus culture of care, connection, and holistic student support.
Provides strategic leadership and vision to enhance student learning and engagement. This role oversees the Office of Student Living, Student Engagement, and Community Standards and Advocacy, working collaboratively to create a holistic, inclusive, and developmentally student experience.
Provides leadership for the Office of Student Engagement by advancing a culture of transformative student involvement through dynamic programs and services including orientation, student programming, leadership development, fraternity / sorority life, student organizations, student government, and campus center operations.
Manages all aspects of the Widener University NCAA Division III athletic program and related university operations including strategic planning, staff development and supervision, compliance, budget, and public relations.
Provides leadership for the Office of Community Standards and Advocacy managing our student conduct system, promoting integrity, accountability and fairness while advocating for students' rights. This role collaborates with campus partners to foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment.
Leads Campus Safety with a commitment to proactive emergency preparedness, rapid incident response, and a 24/7 presence that ensures students feel seen, supported, and safe, empowering them to thrive in every aspect of campus life.
