Discrimination, Harassment, & Sexual Misconduct

Report incidents of discrimination and/or harassment based on a protected class (race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.) or incidents of sexual misconduct including sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.

Hazing

Report hazing concerns you have witnessed, experienced, or are aware of such as actions or situations that endanger a student's physical/mental health.

Widener respects the sensitivity of these reports. A limited number of university officials will be notified. Please note that the information included in these reports is not confidential but will be kept as private as possible. Forms may be completed anonymously by leaving out personally-identifiable information.
