When I was struggling with my own identity, Widener never turned its back against me. And that’s exactly the type of experience I want to provide other students.
I attribute much of what has happened to me to Widener.
I think back at my little freshman self, trying to throw the shot put, and then where I am now, and I know there was a point to all of this. I am so blessed and so thankful for all the opportunities that Widener has given me.
When I’m in a patient’s room, assessing and giving medications, I hear my professors’ voices from lectures. They’ve made me the best nurse I could possibly be and continue to grow into.
I’m interested in a lot of different applications in computer science so I’m not sure where that will take me. It will be an adventure either way.
