About Me
I currently serve as the Program Manager of Academic Systems, where I work to strengthen the structures and processes that support student success, persistence, and degree completion. I bring a background in academic advising, student success initiatives, and cross-campus project leadership, with a focus on effective practice, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. I recently completed a doctorate in higher education leadership, with dissertation research examining the college readiness of post-pandemic students, which continues to inform my approach to academic systems design and student support.
