About Me

I have experience leading a wide range of human resources functional areas including learning, development & performance, university staffing, talent acquisition, classification & compensation, HR operations and benefits.  

I also have experience fostering inclusive working relationships and establishing partnerships with campus constituents to develop strategies to address issues related to diversity, equity and inclusivity which will enhance and advance the recently established partnership between the Chief Diversity Officer and the Human Resources Division.
