About Me

Hey! My name is Mackenzie Conway and I am one of the Area Coordinators for the Office of Residence Life. I oversee Cann, Howell, Turrell, the 500 Houses and the Sorority Houses. My office is located in 505.

I attended Thomas Jefferson University studying Industrial Design with minors in Material Science and Sustainable Design. During my time at Thomas Jefferson University, I was a Resident Assistant, a Resident Assistant Mentor, a Peer Mentor, and I worked for the Office of Student Engagement as a Desk Assistant and Graphic Designer. I currently hope to continue my education here at Widener with plans to pursue a graduate degree.

When not at work I like to play video games like Hades, Breath of the Wild or Animal Crossing, read, binge watch tv, or pretty much any creative activity like drawing, painting, or even designing and 3D printing things. Feel free to stop by my office to talk about any of those things, and of course I am available for any Widener students who need help or just a place to stop by and pass time between classes!

Advice for Students

Enjoy college to the fullest! Take advantage of the opportunities in front of you, learn as much as you can, and have fun!! Never be afraid to be authentically yourself and pursue your hope and dreams! Good luck and I wish you all the best in everything you do!
