About Me
I teach and write in the areas of taxation, business organizations, wills, trusts, and estate planning. As the founding director of the law school’s innovative Business Advising Program, I am devoted to preparing students to advise business clients as practicing lawyers.
I am the faculty director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. In this program, students and alumni prepare tax returns for low-to moderate-income taxpayers. I am also a committee member of the Money In Your Pocket campaign that coordinates VITA sites in the greater Harrisburg area.
I have won the law school’s teacher of the year award. I was recognized as one of the Harrisburg area’s “40 Under 40” by the Central Penn Business Journal.
