About Me
I am a Visiting Professor in Widener University’s Dwyer School of Nursing with more than 20 years of nursing experience, primarily in critical care. I enjoy bringing real-world clinical experiences into the classroom and helping students connect what they learn to patient care. I am passionate about building students’ confidence, strengthening clinical judgment, and preparing future nurses for professional practice.
Research Interests
My interests focus on nursing education, clinical judgment, student success, and preparing nursing students for clinical practice. I am particularly interested in teaching strategies that improve knowledge retention, build student confidence, strengthen clinical decision-making, and help students connect classroom learning with real-world patient care.
