About Me
I earned my BSN in 2015 from Drexel University, and my MSN (2019) and PhD (2024) from Villanova University. I am a certified pediatric nurse with experience in the emergency department, and pediatric and neonatal ICU settings. I have taught undergraduate students in the clinical setting over the last five years. My research interests include nursing resilience, burnout, and traumatic stress.
Research Interests
My research interests include nursing resilience, burnout, and traumatic stress, as well as factors in the work environment that are related to these constructs.
