About Me

Welcome! I am a student-centered educator with a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology and over 10 years of experience teaching courses such as Molecular biology, General Biology, and Cell Biology. I am committed to creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment that helps students build confidence and succeed in the life sciences.

In addition to teaching, I have extensive research experience in molecular biology and have published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. I am passionate about mentoring undergraduate students in research and look forward to building opportunities for hands-on laboratory experience that foster scientific curiosity and career development.

Research Interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of cell and molecular biology, immunology, and oncology. I have extensive experience in both academic and pharmaceutical research, with expertise in investigating cellular and molecular mechanisms relevant to human health and disease. My technical background includes immunological and molecular techniques such as ELISA, multicolor flow cytometry, cell-based assays, and a variety of molecular biology methods. I also have experience with laboratory automation platforms and conducting research in GMP- and GLP-compliant environments.

I look forward to developing an undergraduate research program that provides students with hands-on experience in modern molecular biology techniques while fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and collaborative research.
