About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist, leadership well-being consultant, and higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, consulting, and faith-based leadership. My mission is to promote holistic healing and empower individuals and organizations to operate at their highest level of purpose and proficiency.

As the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Darar Enterprises, LLC, I lead two transformative subsidiaries: Heart 4 Christ Ministries and SKW Counseling & Consulting. These entities provide psycho-spiritual support to individuals, leadership teams, and organizations through therapy, consulting, and ministry initiatives.

I integrate clinical insight with spiritual wisdom to address burnout, restore vision, and build resilient leaders. I am the creator of the leadership wellness curriculum Stay Up & Stay Well, and the author of Get Up! A 30-Day Devotional, a resource for personal renewal and faith-based empowerment.

My scholarship and practice sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and leadership well-being, and I am deeply committed to cultivating spaces where leaders feel seen, supported, and strengthened to thrive.
