I am an avid scholar and write on legal issues involving: employment discrimination, sports, the intersection of hip-hop culture and the law, and corporate justice, and I have published articles in several law reviews and books. Prior to joining Delaware Law School, I was the Senior Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and a Professor of Law at the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law (“STU”) in Miami, Florida where I worked for four years.
Before transitioning to STU, I was a tenured professor of law at North Carolina Central University School of Law where he worked for approximately 12 years. During my time at NCCU, I served as the Director of New Initiatives where I worked with external partners to cultivate partnerships between minority serving institutions. I also created and directed the Justice in the Practice of Law certificate program.
I am originally from Columbus, Ohio and am a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Incorporated. I am committed to helping to develop law students from underrepresented populations as well as promoting and facilitating wealth creation in minority communities.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my son Jordan Clark, weightlifting and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes.
