About Me

My goal as a professor is to educate the next generation of engineers and to explore new interdisciplinary research topics related to control and power systems. I want to encourage students to get involved in first-hand research in power and control systems.

As Visiting Assistant Professor for the Department of Electrical Engineering, I teach general engineering and electrical engineering courses, such as Electric Circuits (ENGR219); Probability, Statistics, and Random Process (ENGR 315), Controls (EE 471), and Special Topics In Controls (EE 472).

Research Interests

My research interests include control, nonlinear systems, state estimation, system modeling, electric power systems, and microgrid power systems. I am particularly interested in the control applications in microgrid power systems, including power system modeling, power quality control, fault analysis, power data analysis, and power consumption evaluation and prediction.
