Hillel’s purpose is to serve the Jewish community at Widener by fostering a safe space to practice religious beliefs while also creating a social, cultural, and educational space on campus. Students organize events on campus, while also attending events in the nearby Swarthmore area.

InterVarsity's mission is to unite a multi-ethnic community that follow Jesus's mission to love and serve each other though helping the campus and local community become world changers. InterVarsity holds weekly worship encouraging its members to practice their faith while meeting others who share their same passion.

Widener Newman is a Catholic organization that provides weekly mass service on Sunday evenings in Widener's own Sacred Space. Widener Newman is closely partnered with St. Katharine Drexel Parish, where local events are held to provide students with the chance to get involved and interact with other members of the community.
