About Me
I am a licensed social worker and earned my MSW at the National Catholic School of Social Service. I supervise the Gender Affirming Services programs including the Pediatric & Adolescent Comprehensive Transgender Services (PACTS) program and the Adult Gender Affirming Services programs at Mazzoni Center Family and Community Health Center.
My clinical experience has primarily consisted of working with transgender, gender non-conforming, nonbinary, and gender expansive identified children and teens, as well as providing support and guidance to their families and caregivers. My clinical approach is deeply rooted in relational, attachment, and social justice theories. I have also worked in diverse clinical, non-profit, and healthcare settings both in Washington, DC and currently in Philadelphia, PA.
I am a firm believer that all relationships matter and I work to cultivate meaningful connections to my clients, community, and beyond. I deeply enjoy working with the Gender Affirming Services team at Mazzoni and have extended this work in private practice. I look forward to continuing my efforts in advocating for increased inclusion, visibility, and health care justice for trans and gender expansive folk. I am excited to work alongside other educators who are providing essential trans affirmative training for aspiring therapists and clinicians and hope this type of training can be integrated fully into human service education someday.
