About Me

I am currently an adjunct professor in the Center for Graduate and Continuing Studies at Widener University. By day, I am senior associate director, Health Systems Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Field Liaison at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. I am responsible for translating HEOR evidence to actions and decisions, providing support to health systems in analyzing and interpreting health outcomes data and assisting health care providers in the use of this information with the goal of optimizing quality improvement and population health management initiatives. I have worked in HEOR for over 13 years; both in the pharmaceutical industry and academia across several therapeutic areas (Oncology, Immunology, Central Nervous System, Cardiology, Respiratory, and Nutrition) with global Fortune 500 and 50 pharmaceutical companies. I have published over 10 articles in peer reviewed journals and published over 40 research abstracts that have been accepted and presented across 3 continents. I am passionate about diversity representation within healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, and philanthropic organizations. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Impact100 Philadelphia as the Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategic Initiatives.   I hold a Bachelors (BA) degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Clinical Practice from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, NH, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration from Loma Linda University School of Public Health in Loma Linda, CA, and is currently completing a PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.  Outside of my profession, I am advocate for women and girls through my non-profit work, entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, avid reader, world traveler, foodie, and enjoy fun and adventure.
