About Me

I have over two decades of experience in higher education in a variety of faculty and administrative roles. I have developed and overseen many programs supporting student success and retention and served as an English Professor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. My student success programming focuses on academic engagement, culturally responsive practice, mentorship, proactive intervention, and community building. 

I champion equity and am passionate about empowering students from day one of their academic journey, fostering resilience and a sense of belonging. I oversee the following areas that provide personalized support and mentorship to our students:
