About Me
I earned my doctorate in Higher Education Leadership Management from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. My research examined the lived experiences of non-Black Women that seek membership in Black Greek sororities, including the impact their membership had on these organizations and the cultural dynamics in a continually diversifying student population. Currently, I serve as the human resources department lead at Thomas Jefferson University’s East Falls Campus (formerly Philadelphia University). A human resources professional with over 16 years’ experience within non-for-profit organizations. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member, teaching both in the classroom and online, at several universities in the Pennsylvania region.
