About Me

I am a doctoral student at Widener University, and am interning at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for the 2024-2025 academic year. I’m excited to serve the students on this campus! I approach therapy from a place of warmth and humility, using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Attachment Theory lens. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention.

Before joining the CAPS team, I worked in outpatient hospital and private practice settings, specializing in pediatric, adolescent, and young adult populations. Areas of expertise include anxiety, OCD, medical trauma, managing endocrinology diagnoses, and eating disorders.
