The Polyvagal Theory (PVT) teaches us that safety and belonging are central to life and well-being, focusing on principles such as autonomic states, neuroception, and co-regulation. In this 2-hour presentation, we will explore these concepts through both basic science and practical exercises, enhancing our ability to foster a sense of safety and engagement in those we work with, particularly in stressful or traumatic situations.
