About Me
I am a marathon running, animal loving, world exploring career coach. I have always loved running, animals, and traveling but it took me a little while to find my professional calling. The road that led me to find this meaningful work was windy, rocky, and bumpy. I am grateful for my difficult journey because it informs my practice and allows me to relate to my clients in a way that a straight path would not have provided.
My goal as a career coach is to help clients and students learn more about themselves so they can design meaningful careers that provide both personal and professional growth and fulfillment. I utilize goal-oriented exploration strategies to inform my practice and help my clients discover strengths, identify values, and market skills so they can design careers that meet their aspirations. Throughout my career, I have helped my clients explore career ideas, design achievement-based resumes and cover letters, compose LinkedIn profiles that tell their unique stories, and create reasonable networking and job search strategies.
I am an educator at heart. My experience as a career coach has been accumulated through my work in higher education and private practice. I hold a master's degree in education from Salisbury University (Go Seagulls!!), and my career credentials include certifications as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP), and an MBTI Practitioner. I am honored to be part of a profession that helps others design joyous lives.
