500 Houses

These residence halls are conveniently located across the street from Lathem Hall and next to the University Center. They hold about 18 students and are more like small houses than residence halls.

• 505 - Lamda House (Gender-Inclusive)
• 507 - Kappa Sigma
• 509 - Alpha Tau Omega
• 511 - Phi Delta Theta 

Each house features a multipurpose room, allowing you to attend programming and interact with your peers. Each year, students propose themes for these small, personalized communities.

Room Details

• All houses are air-conditioned
• Lighting is available in all 500 houses
• No carpet
• Furniture: Two XL beds, two desks, two chairs, one dresser, and one armoire. *Some rooms vary and have one armoire and two dressers OR one dresser and two armoires
• Connectivity: Campus-wide WiFi, two Ethernet ports, and one cable television output
• Furniture, room dimensions, window dimensions  and room layout may vary
• Free laundry facilities
