Dr. Duckett is a higher education leader, practitioner, and scholar focused on the transformative impact that campus engagement can bring to the lives of all students. With extensive experience in student affairs, leadership development, and retention initiatives, he is committed to fostering inclusive campus environments where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive. Throughout his career, Dr. Duckett has worked to bridge the gap between institutional policies and student needs, advocating for practices that promote equity, belonging, and holistic student success. His professional philosophy centers on the belief that meaningful engagement outside the classroom is essential to student growth and transformation. Dr. Duckett continues to mentor emerging leaders and remains deeply passionate about creating educational spaces where all students can realize their fullest potential.
