Clubs & Organizations

Widener Productions is a television and film production broadcast facility in the Communication Studies Department. Widener Productions incorporates various clubs, including WUTV, WideCast Radio, Widener Sports Network, and WUFilms, offering students a chance to work behind the scenes or onscreen in a real production team. Clubs and organizations at Widener are welcome to everyone.

The Wind Ensemble is a standard collegiate concert band. The group rehearses weekly and offers concerts for both the university and local community. Clubs and organizations at Widener are welcome to everyone.

WUCAST (formerly WDNR) members produce programs and podcasts using industry-standard software and can be heard around the world on our streaming station. The WUCAST facilities are also designed for recording music using MIDI technology and traditional vocals and instruments. Students can hold leadership roles such as program host, program director, and general manager. Clubs and organizations at Widener are welcome to everyone.
