Rates are determined based on space type, size, and intended use. Surcharges may apply for custodial support, housekeeping services, or equipment needs, depending on the event. All applicable charges will be reviewed during the planning process.

Widener partners exclusively with Aramark to provide on-campus dining and catering. Aramark can deliver meals to your event location or host groups in our dining facilities.
Our Catering Manager will help tailor menu options to your event’s size, schedule, and budget.
Overnight lodging is available during summer for camps and extended programs.
All guests stay in secure residence halls with card-access entry. Campus Safety is present throughout your stay, and parking arrangements are coordinated in advance.
Events involving minors must meet additional supervision and documentation requirements under Widener’s Children on Campus and Working with Children Policy. University staff will work with each group to ensure compliance with all institutional standards.
