Kim Davis Faces ‘Crippling’ Legal Fees After Supreme Court Defeat

Delaware Law School Professor John Culhane spoke exclusively with Newsweek following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision yesterday not to hear a case which could have impacted marriage rights for same-sex couples. Culhane shares that he was unsurprised by the court's decision not to hear the case, and he discussed some of his thoughts and observations.

During his time at Widener, Williams III served as treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
