Athletic & Concert Bands

The Widener University Band program affords undergraduate students the opportunity to perform in a variety of concert and athletic band settings throughout the school year. Participation is based on audition with the Director.

Biofeedback Clinic and Certification Center

The Biofeedback Clinic and Certification Center is a community clinic that provides psychophysiological interventions for such stress-related problems as anxiety, teeth grinding, insomnia, headaches, and test anxiety.

The Biology Department incorporates disciplines from a variety of scientific fields such as genetics, zoology, and global biodiversity. Biomedical Engineering Department

The Biomedical Engineering Department provides a broad-based education that combines engineering and medical technology. Students have easy access to modern, well-equipped laboratories and are exposed to real-world aspects of science foundations and engineering fundamentals, as well as practical applications of biomedical engineering. Undergraduates have numerous opportunities to participate in leading-edge research to enhance the quality of life.

Bookstore

The Widener Bookstore is your place to find anything from apparel to show off your pride to materials to further your academic career. The Bookstore can be easily accessed online as well as at our on-campus storefront to give current and incoming students as well as alumni and family various methods to go about their purchases.

Bursar's Office

The Office of the Bursar manages the cashiering, e-bills, and student account functions of the university. For example, the bursar is responsible for crediting student's account with any financial aid they receive and for the collection of outstanding tuition accounts.

Center for Education

The Center for Education houses a variety of programs that lead to teacher certification and advanced certification and leadership in education. Our undergraduate and post-baccalaureate teacher preparation programs are designed to prepare community-engaged teachers. Graduate programs at the certificate, master’s and doctoral level prepare specialists, counselor educators, and leaders for both K-12 and higher education settings.
