The President's Office oversees all university administrative operations and academic affairs. It drives the fulfillment of the university's mission and vision, and its commitment to putting all students on an inside track to success.

Widener’s Pride Pantry provides free nonperishable food and personal care items to students, helping ensure that everyone on campus has access to essential resources. All are welcome to donate as you are able and take what you need. Active Pride Pantries are located in:

• Academic Center North (1st floor, central student collaboration space)
• Bruce Hall (1st floor near social work department)
• Freedom Hall (2nd floor, directly above Freshens)
• Founders Hall (1st floor kitchen)
• Kapelski Learning Center (1st floor near LC-1, street side)
• Kirkbride (3rd floor lobby, near the lobby study area)
• Pride Rec/Schwartz Athletic Center (near the athletic training room) 
• Quick Center (1st floor outside of the advising center)
• Wolfgram Library (near front entrance area) 

The Pride Recreation Center enriches the campus experience by offering everything you need to stay active and fit. Located just a short walk from the residence halls and academic buildings, the center is easily accessible for the entire Widener community. You can also grab a smoothie from the new Bleni Blends vending machine on the first floor.

As the university's chief academic officer, the provost is responsible for working collaboratively with the associate provosts, school deans, faculty, staff, and administrators to achieve the institution’s academic priorities. The provost also has direct responsibility for all academic support units and works with the president, chief financial officer, and academic leaders allocating financial resources to address Widener’s academic and financial health.

The Psychology Department prepares students who plan to work in almost every field. Psychology majors study human behavior, and because almost every career requires interacting with others, you’ll find psychology graduates working in business, education, health, urban planning and design, sports, and public safety.

The master of public administration (MPA) program provides graduate education and training for individuals seeking to develop and refine skills that enhance job performance, create new opportunities, and strengthen prospects for career advancement in public service-oriented organizations in government and the non-profit sector. The program can be completed at a part-time or full-time pace.  The program features small class sizes and diverse enrollment. Courses are scheduled during weekday evenings and are offered via a live online format.

The Office of the Registrar deals with all matters relating to a student’s academic record.

Requesting Transcripts? Students and former students may request transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse website. 

The Robotics Engineering Department prepares students for a future in robotics, which is expanding at an accelerated pace into almost every industry, including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, chemical, defense, electronics, energy, health care, homeland security, manufacturing, nuclear, pharmaceutical, and transportation. This multidisciplinary program integrates knowledge from various areas such as smart sensors, controls, and electrical and mechanical engineering.

This includes the execution of strategic planning, curriculum, personnel, budgeting, facilities, communication, and fundraising. The dean's office is dedicated to the school's mission of providing quality undergraduate and graduate education and advancing the state of knowledge in business, with the aim of preparing graduates for successful professional careers.

The School of Business Administration Graduate Programs Office provides administrative support to implement policies and processes for graduate programs in business, including master’s programs in business administration, healthcare administration, business process innovation, taxation and financial planning, as well as graduate certificate programs in various business specializations. It also provides academic and career advising to enhance student academic and professional success.

The office also provides support in a wide range of special programming.

SBDC provides Delaware County small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs with a wide variety of free and confidential services and resources to help them start or grow their businesses. SBDC also partners with EMAP to provide free and confidential environmental compliance assistance to small businesses in Pennsylvania.
