The Institute for Physical Therapy Education offers a three year, full-time graduate program of study.

With a focus on experiential learning and community engagement, the program graduates competent physical therapists who demonstrate exemplary character while assuming the responsibilities of citizenship.

The Institute for Physician Assistant Education offers a 27-month program emphasizing critical thinking, leadership development, community engagement, and interprofessional collaboration within a sequence of didactic and clinical education. With opportunities for service within the community and interprofessional learning experiences, the program graduates clinically strong, collaborative healthcare team leaders ready to advance the health and well-being of the clients/patients and communities they will serve.

The graduate program in speech-language pathology has been designed to expose students to a challenging interprofessional environment that includes a broad range of clinically and culturally diverse populations and expectations for clinical leadership throughout.  

The Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness at Widener University provides timely analysis and information to support the decision-making, planning, and policy-formulation processes of the university. In addition, the office coordinates the university's response to external requests for information.

The purpose of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) is to review proposed human subjects research in order to ensure that the rights and privacy of human subjects are protected and that the risk of harm is minimized.

The Interdisciplinary Sexuality Research Collaborative is devoted to supporting, enabling, and producing a rich and comprehensive body of scientific research in human sexuality at the intersection of varied theoretical approaches. Our focus is on the application of research to shape innovation in sexuality education and sex therapy, with an eye on the effectiveness of cutting-edge approaches and their cultural-responsiveness.

The Interfaith Sacred Space is a central place for organized faith development on campus and is committed to the faith lives of its students, faculty, and staff.

The International Admissions office helps undergraduate and graduate international students with the admissions and enrollment process. 

International Student Services (ISS) provides ongoing support and advocacy to ensure all students feel a welcomed to Widener, confident navigating the immigration/visa process, and supported acclimating to life in the U.S. and within our campus community. 

Specific immigration services include:

• Advising on immigration regulations
• Issuing I-20s
• Providing mandated data to the Department of Homeland Security
• Guidance maintaining visa status

The Leadership Center for Nursing Education Research seeks to advance the science of nursing education by conducting rigorous educational and educational-clinical research; providing expert research consulting services to constituents within the nursing and nursing education community; and offering faculty development programs for aspiring, new, and mid-career nursing education researchers.

Library Administration handles internal and external administrative matters for the Wolfgram Memorial Library, providing managerial leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and direction of the overall operations of the Library.

The Library and Information Services (LIS) division meets the research, teaching, learning and information needs of the students, faculty and staff of Widener University. LIS is comprised of the Wolfgram Memorial Library and Information Technology Services departments – Client Success, Information Security Office, Systems Administration, Technical Resources, Teaching & Learning with Technology (TLT) and University Systems.

The mission of the Widener University Archives is to collect, preserve, and make available to researchers, print and digital materials such as papers, photographs, audiovisual items, and memorabilia related to the history of Widener, its predecessor institutions, and the Chester community.

Collections & Resource Management acquires, maintains and organizes the print and digital materials and resources the library provides for the students, faculty, staff, and community members.

The Interlibrary Loan Department obtains materials from other libraries worldwide on your behalf.

The Research & Instructional Services Department assists students, faculty, staff, and community members with their research needs by directing patrons to library materials, conducting one-on-one research help, and answering all questions.

The mission of the Sexuality Archives is to collect, preserve, and make available to researchers, materials such as pamphlets, papers, newsletters, books, journals, and audiovisual materials related to the history of sexuality, sexology and sexuality education as well as Widener's human sexuality program.

Library materials for use outside the building may be checked out at the circulation desk. They may also be returned to the book depositories at the circulation desk or placed in the outside drop located to the left of the front entrance.

The Maintenance Office handles campus work orders and maintenance issues.

The Math Center provides both virtual and on-campus tutoring in mathematics for all Widener students, including graduate and undergraduate students. Experienced professional and undergraduate tutors provide help with all courses with mathematics content.
